All those attending the EHA 2016 Conference, including speakers are required to submit an online registration form and complete payment.

All Full Registrations include a ticket to the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner and Exhibitor Networking Drinks. Day Registrations do not include tickets to any social functions, these can be purchased at an additional cost.

All registration fees are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Registration Acknowledgement
Once you have completed the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an electronic tax invoice. Please contact the Conference Manager if you do not receive a registration confirmation within 24 hours of completing the online registration form.

Credit Card Payments
Credit card charges appear as Lifestyle Concierge Tasmania on your card statement. When using the online payment system credit cards are processed directly by SecurePay eGate and Lifestyle Concierge Tasmania does not store or transmit your credit card details. SecurePay is a secure and PCI compliant platform. Please note that credit card payments attract a 2.4% charge

Cancellations received on or before 30 days prior to the Conference will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. Unfortunately no refunds can be made for cancellations received within 30 days of the Conference (ie, after 30 September 2016). Cancellations must be received in writing via email to

The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out appropriate insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.

EHA, nor Lifestyle Concierge Tasmania covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.
